Our Coffee Journey

Our founder, Paulo, has been passionate about coffee since his teenage years. What started as curiosity soon became a lifelong appreciation for the complexity and craft of a truly exceptional cup.

In 2018, a trip to Costa Rica transformed his passion into a deeper journey. At the Don Juan plantation in Monteverde, Paulo experienced coffee at its source, learning traditional family-run methods and tasting the natural sweetness of honey-processed coffee. He discovered filtered coffee brewed with a traditional wooden and cotton filter, producing a cup rich in flavor, clarity, and aroma.

Inspired by the world of specialty coffee, Paulo began exploring coffees from diverse origins, studying their unique characteristics, and learning how roasting can highlight their best qualities. He now roasts each batch with care and attention, ensuring consistency, freshness, and a flavor profile that celebrates the coffee’s origin.
