Ethiopian Guji Hambela – Natural Process

A refined expression of Ethiopian terroir, this naturally processed Arabica reveals vibrant notes of ripe red fruits, balanced by smooth caramel sweetness and a deep chocolate finish. Elegant and aromatic, it offers clarity, depth, and a beautifully balanced cup designed for espresso and Italian moka preparation.

Sourced from the Deri area of Guji Hambela, one of Ethiopia’s most respected coffee regions, this coffee reflects careful cultivation and traditional processing. Ripe cherries are meticulously selected, floated to ensure quality, and slowly dried on raised African beds, allowing the natural fruit character to develop with precision and finesse.

Grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,100 meters in semi-forest and garden systems, heirloom varieties mature slowly, developing complexity, structure, and aromatic intensity. After drying, the beans are rested to stabilize and refine their flavor profile before roasting. Each roast is approached with close attention to detail, prioritizing freshness, consistency, and faithful expression of origin.
